In 10 weeks what are you able to achieve?


Yesterday I spoke about training less and getting better results. Here is a perfect example of what happens when you follow the system, which we have developed.

Denelle has made an amazing transformation in less than 10 weeks by eating more food then she ever has before and by training only 3-4 times a week. How can you achieve these results in this short a time frame?

These results can be achieved by:

1. Having a predetermined goal and sticking to the path regardless of the obstacles put in your way.

2. Ensuring that your nutrition is 100% correct and that you are fuelling your body every 3 hours at the maximum.

3. Having a periodised training plan based on scientific principles with a logical step by step progression.

4. Trusting your mentor/coach.

These achievements are something that everyone can have but you need to step out of your comfort zone and trust in the abilities of those who are there to support you. This is the same for business and in life, play to your strengths and outsource your weaknesses.
